We are thrilled to host two exciting tournaments this season. Below you will find all the essential information for both tournaments to help you decide and register your team.

Tournament Dates and Divisions

• Tournament #1: October 16-18, 2026 for divisions U10, U11, U16 & U18
• Tournament #2: December 4-6, 2026 for divisions: U12, U13, U14 & U15

Tournament Structure and Details:

• This is a Tier 3 competitive tournament (e.g. Rep B in Hockey Eastern Ontario) only
• 6 to 10 teams per age division
• Guarantee of 4 games per team
• The tournament schedules will be released two weeks before each event.
• All games will be played at either the Clarence-Rockland Arena (map) or the Clarence Creek Arena (map).

Registration Fee & Payment

• Deposit of $500 required at registration, team will only be confirmed upon receipt and clearance of deposit
• Registration fee is $1500  for U10-U13 divisions and $1,750 for U14-U18 divisions.
• Full Payments must be made in full by:
  • September 16, 2026 for the October tournament.
  • November 5, 2026 for the December tournament.

Required Documentation

• Certified Team Roster: Email your certified team roster by:
  • September 20, 2026 for the October tournament.
  • November 15, 2026 for the December tournament.
• Travel Permits: Teams from outside Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) must send an approved travel permit by:
  • September 20, 2026 for the October tournament.
  • November 15, 2026 or the December tournament.
